AMERICAN GOSPEL QUARTET CONVENTION-2010
EDUCATION DIVISION
The Education Division of the American Gospel Quartet Convention welcomes you to Convention - 2010. It is our hope that you enjoy this time of fellowship with members of your profession, and, at the same time, gain
knowledge regarding the business of music.
From the initial planning of this organization, an educational component was always a very high priority to the Founder. It was projected that during each convention, there would be time allocated for training on subjects that would be informative and valuable to the Artist. Since that time the educational division has presented classes and sessions designed to enhance the business skills of our members, provide knowledge and instruction in certain technical areas, and to alert and heighten the awareness of our members to the “business of music”.
We urge your attendance and participation in the workshop sessions. The information imparted, and knowledge gained, will be invaluable to your career, as well as your personal business experiences. The Presenters of our
workshops spend enormous amounts of time in their preparation, causing the content of their presentations to be interesting, accurate and current. We, therefore, appreciate your continued support in attending the workshops and participating in the sessions.
